Who is Lorenzi Milano?

- Lorenzi Milano takes on the tough challenge of preserving the values and the tradition of the G. Lorenzi historical brand by producing top quality handcrafted items made of selected raw materials such as horn, bamboo, wood, mother of pearl… unique and original products, designed to enhance everyday life.

What is the origin of the employed natural material?

- The employed materials get selected and purchased in their rough state in the native country of the animals, which come from breeding or from nature reserves, in accordance with the veterinary and environmental legislation in force, in full respect of the C.I.T.E.S (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). Every precious fragment is the result of the harvesting of what nature is willing to offer, while respecting the authentic biological path of the animals. Gifts, not trophies, a gathering which takes place within the nature reserves and provides employment for the local populations.

Are all the products available on Lorenzi Milano's website?

- All the products showed on the Website are available for purchase.

- The paid orders can not be cancelled.

- We do not provide any kind of discount code.

Why are there few pieces for each product?

- Our artisanal items are handmade and they need more care and dedication than other kind of productions. We constantly update the available quantity, if you can't find the product you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us at ecommerce@lorenzi-milano.com.

When the items out of stock will be available again?

- The items out of stock will be available very soon, we update the stock quantity every day.

How many units of each product may I purchase?

- You can buy any quantity you want. If the stock units are not enough to fulfill your request, you will be contacted from our team to find a solution. Please consider we update the stock quantity every day.

Are the items identical to those I see in the pictures?

- Our items are handmade from natural materials. We always produce the items following the natural shape of the material we are working on. For this reason the products purchased may be slightly different from the item showed on the website.

Do you produce customized products?

Is there any guarantee on the items?

- There is a guarantee if the purchased product is faulty or does not respond to the use declared by the seller. The guarantee is not valid if the malfunctioning or the defects are caused by the carelessness or improper use of the product.

Is the final price VAT included?

- If you have selected European Union as shipping address, the VAT is included, otherwise for countries outside the EU the price is the exporting price (VAT excluded). Duties and taxes are calculated for each country by the forwarder and they are not included.
