Mother of pearl Large handbag mirror
A habit that knows no gender distinctions, the staunchest ally to ensure a polished look. Made of precious Australian white mother of pearl, handcrafted and adapted to the nickel plated metal frame in order to conceal, like a shell, the handbag mirror, in an ideal return to the origins. One of the two surfaces reflects the magnified image.
NOTE: The mother of pearl is free to be exported and it doesn't belog to CITES convention. Anyway, the customs clearance may required further investigation, affecting the delivery time.
La conchiglia della madreperla è materiale rigido e soggetto alla possibile rottura in caso di caduta. Non essendo sensibile ai cambiamenti di umidità e temperatura il materiale può essere messo a diretto contatto con acqua. La lucidatura naturale della superficie è particolarmente duratura ma non può essere ripristinata con prodotti e tecnologie, se non professionali.
The mother of pearl shell is a rigid material, and it is subject to possible breaking in case of fall. As the material in not sensitive to humidity and temperature changes, it may be put in direct contact with water. The natural polishing of the surface is remarkably durable, yet it cannot be restored with products and technologies, other than professional.
