Il tagliere in massello di noce canaletto è trattato con olio minerale naturale e quindi adatto al contatto con gli alimenti. Per la pulizia si consiglia l’impiego di un panno inumidito con acqua oppure, per una pulizia più profonda, con aceto bianco (manutenzione saltuaria). Non bagnare con acqua calda. Se con il tempo si presentano segni di disidratazione si può ripassare con puro olio minerale (per uso alimentare) . Il tagliere bianco in polietilene (PE), adatto al contatto con alimenti, può essere lavato in lavastoviglie.
The Canaletto walnut cutting board is treated with mineral oil and therefore suitable for contact with food. For cleaning, we recommend using a cloth moistened with water or, for a deeper cleaning, with white vinegar (for occasional maintenance). Do not wet with hot water. If over time there are signs of dehydration, it can be wiped with natural straw oil. The white polyethylene cutting board, suitable for contact with food, can be washed in the dishwasher.
